MANILA – (UPDATE 5, 2:30 p.m.) Local government units have begun announcing the suspension of classes for Friday, 10 July 2015, as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned against continuing heavy to intense rains in Luzon associated with the intensified southwest monsoon as influenced by typhoon Falcon out in the western Pacific.
